I really enjoyed this. The way you name it and notice but don’t change is familiar for many … but yo found the your way to step a different way … that change is magical 🧡

Your words resonate like a mirror held up to the face. <3

"If you only define your life by what you’re escaping, you stay reactive." This is certainly worth pondering & taking to heart. Thanks.

This is a keeper. A perfectly precise, honest and articulate way of showing others how we get stuck in our own narratives. Sharing your interior world is brave.

This will need to be read a few more times. Thank you very much for opening the window.

I really resonate with this frustration of the life and then the frustration with myself for staying in it! I do think there’s a wider societal implication of ‘change’ or pursuing an actual dream - and I say dream because that’s how it feels, it definitely doesn’t mean it can’t happen but I think we led to believe you can’t live in alignment most of the time in western society. I am starting to notice the ways in which things are going ‘right’ and it absolutely works, the way I notice my free time as for me as opposed to rest for work. I think it’s also about putting boundaries in, and that takes some gentle time to figure out you do it.

I can relate. I can clearly see myself in you words when I was living in a tower of pain. Unable or unwilling to tear the wall down or even find a ladder long enough to climb back up.
